L&F Distributors Opens New 225,000 ft2 Warehouse on Burgundy Road in East El Paso

L&F Distributors is excited to announce the opening of its new state-of-the-art warehouse located at 1200 Burgundy Road in El Paso, Texas—a $40 million investment designed to enhance service, efficiency and regional growth.

The 225,000-square-foot facility features 134,500 square feet of temperature-controlled warehouse space, 90,500 square feet of office space and 18 loading docks. Strategically located with direct access to I-10 and Loop 375, the site provides faster inbound and outbound logistics, supporting El Paso’s growing demand.

This new location builds on the company’s legacy in the region and marks a significant upgrade in scale and capabilities. L&F Distributors first entered the El Paso market in 2008 with the acquisition of Desert Eagle, a warehouse located at 6949 Market Avenue with five (5) loading docks and inventory capacity limited to 71,570 square feet of temperature-controlled space out of the total 120,825-square-foot warehouse.
