We're honored to share that L&F Distributors is one of 400 U.S. companies named in this year's America's Most Admired Workplaces list published by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group!
This list recognized companies that employees respect based on factors like their organizational culture, work-life balance and potential for career growth. More than 250,000 U.S. employees were surveyed to come up with an Inspirational Score and an Aspirational Score, which are then weighted with online published reviews to come up with a Star Rating score.
L&F Distributors is on this list with a 4.5 star rating. This underscores how amazing our team is. Our success is owed to our drivers, merchandisers, warehouse, sales and office staff, who are committed to their work.
